LE VERDOYANT
Sparkling, fresh, and eccentric cocktail created for the CalvaClub competition with the idea of pairing it with seared scallops. “LE VERDOYANT” combines garlic and parsley to accompany the scallop and thus, captivate the jury.

Ingredients
45 ml Calvados 3 years AOC Calvados Pays d’Auge
15 ml homemade syrup (sugar syrup / parsley / garlic / salt)
15 ml verjus
5 ml chamomile
75 ml brut champagne
