Camembert Flambé with Calvados

Ingredients

1 Camem­bert de Nor­man­die AOP
1 hand­ful of pump­kin seeds
1 spring onion
Calvados

Pre­heat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.

Place the Camem­bert in a shal­low dish.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Pour a few drops of Calvados over the Camembert.

Flambé with a light­er or a torch.

Top with the chopped spring onion and pump­kin seeds.

Dip your bread into the Camem­bert and savor every bite!
