Pour all the ingredi­ents into the shaker.
Double strain.
Pour into a coupe glass.

The cock­tail, accord­ing to Alex: “This drink com­bines the acid­ity of lemon with the bold­ness of Calvados, but it’s the cran­berry syrup that brings a tart sweet­ness. The Baijiu adds an unex­pec­ted punch that makes all the dif­fer­ence. The bit­ters, saline solu­tion, and Scotch finish it off with a dis­tinct flair.”

Ingredients

4.5 cl of Calvados
2 cl of lemon and lime juice
1 cl of simple syrup
1.5 cl of cran­berry syrup
1 cl of Baijiu
2 drops of Peychaud’s bitters
5 drops of saline solution
2 sprays of Scotch
Lime zest
