Founded in 1953, the Distillerie du Houley is an independent family business, passed down through the generations by the Deschamps family, just a stone’s throw from Lisieux.

On our domain, La Rib­aude, we cul­tiv­ate cer­ti­fied organ­ic orch­ards from which all our products are craf­ted. Our cider apples, rich in tan­nins and care­fully selec­ted, give rise to Calvados AOC Pays d’Auge with com­plex aromas and a beau­ti­ful finish, as well as a Pom­meau de Nor­man­die AOC of remark­able sweet­ness and aro­mat­ic richness.
Our range extends from Fine to Prestige, includ­ing Vieux, Vie­ille Réserve, and Hors d’Age, with each blend being the fruit of patiently accu­mu­lated expert­ise and an abso­lute com­mit­ment to qual­ity. All our cuvées are avail­able in both con­ven­tion­al and organ­ic versions.
