“The orignal idea is a mashup between café-calva, Grasshopper and White Russian. The result is a cocktail obviously dominated by Calvados but accompanied by fresh and slightly smoky notes while remaining smooth.”
Shake well and serve dry, without ice.

20ml of homemade coffee-mint cream
20ml cow’s milk infused with Crau hay
40ml of Calvados Reserve
