The Baijiu adds an unexpected punch that makes all the difference. The bitters, saline solution, and Scotch finish it off with a distinct flair.”

4.5 cl of Calvados
2 cl of lemon and lime juice
1 cl of simple syrup
1.5 cl of cranberry syrup
1 cl of Baijiu
2 drops of Peychaud’s bitters
5 drops of saline solution
2 sprays of Scotch
