In this cock­tail, Thibault high­lights the del­ic­ate mar­riage of Calvados and cherry.
“This cock­tail is made dir­ectly in an ‘old fash­ioned’ style glass. First, fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in all the ingredients.
Gar­nish with can­died cher­ries, cher­ries in eau de vie, or fresh cher­ries for the summer!”

2 cl cherry liqueur
2 cl red vermouth
1 cl Man­galore liqueur
