“The orig­nal idea is a mashup between café-calva, Grasshop­per and White Rus­si­an. The result is a cock­tail obvi­ously dom­in­ated by Calvados but accom­pan­ied by fresh and slightly smoky notes while remain­ing smooth.”

Shake well and serve dry, without ice.

20ml of homemade coffee-mint cream
20ml cow’s milk infused with Crau hay
40ml of Calvados Reserve
