Add ice cubes to a whisky glass.
Pour in 4cl of coffee liqueur, then 4cl of Calvados.
Pre­pare a milk foam.
Add milk foam to the glass.
Cut an orange slice, add cane sugar and use a blow­torch to heat until the orange caramelizes.
Add the orange slice to the cock­tail and enjoy.

The “White Norman” is like the tra­di­tion­al “Café Calva” but cold and fresh. Drink it as an aperitif!”
