Camembert Flambé with Calvados

Camembert de Normandie AOP
1 handful of pumpkin seeds
1 spring onion

The PeoplePreheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Place the Camembert in a shallow dish.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Pour a few drops of Calvados over the Camembert.
Flambé with a lighter or a torch.
Top with the chopped spring onion and pumpkin seeds.
Dip your bread into the Camembert and savor every bite!
