An ori­gin­al recipe by Fatine Abid (Drinks&Co, Paris). 

Ingredients

45ml Amlou* fat­wash Calvados VSOP
7 dashes of homemade dattes and cori­ander seeds bitter
Top homemade orange blos­som soda water

Gar­nish with a peeled almond and spray of Calvados VSOP

* Amlou is a Moroc­can spe­cialty. It can be sim­il­ar to praline made from crushed almonds, argan oil and orange blos­som honey.
