35 ml Calvados Domfrontais
35 ml Eau-de-vie de cidre
7 ml Pom­meau de Normandie
20 ml Red cab­bage brine’s shrub
20 ml Verjuice
3 dashes of Olive bitter 

Gar­nish : Olive
