These include cider, Pom­meau, Calvados, apple juice, apple cider vin­eg­ar… As these bever­ages are pro­duced using care­ful craft meth­ods, some boast cer­ti­fic­a­tions such as AOP Con­tentin Cider or organ­ic apple juice.
